The problems facing professional Christians, such as Pastors, Missionaries and other religious professionals, are formidable. These problems take an incredible number of highly qualified, and deeply devoted ministers and damage them, some beyond recovery. This means that they quit the ministry, are extremely frustrated and full of doubt about God and about their calling. It is a hemorrhage that must be healed. And yes, there has to be an answer. Dr. Chun has point out the severity of this condition. He says "For instance, forty-eight percent of them (pastors mostly) think of their work is hazardous to their family well-being. Another 45.5 percent will experience burnout or depression that will make them leave their jobs. And seventy percent say that their self-esteem is lower now than when they started their position. They have the second-highest divorce rate among professionals." --Rev. Dr. Dan Chun
