In these days of wide spread moral and ethical apathy, it is important that the believer in Christ recognize their responsibility to be a change agent (Matt.28:19-20). Perhaps the greatest need is for believers to practice the principles found in one of Jesus' command. He told the disciples that the way to this was His command to love each other. Here is what He said, "A new commandment I give to you, love one another, by this shall all men know that you are my disciples if you love each other" (John 13:34,35). What He commanded then is still in order today. There are, however, many things which interfere with this and other things He ordered, and these things demand our attention. We neglect what He said to our own detriment. But I believe that even this can change.
