A Description of Coaching at its Best.

Coaching for business is a partnership between a coach and a client or client company.  As such the goals are how to be more prosperous, how to find more customers and how to organize the business so as to succeed.  Small business owners or self-employed professionals comprise most of the business of Coaching at its Best. Business coaching can provide a tremendous opportunity to change in how you do the business of your business. Coaching can enable you to do what really matters.  The coaching philosophy of Coaching at its Best is both results oriented and transformational.  We work together to develop what will help your business be of value to the community and a success for you. Coaching is a professional resource that can result in your to being prosperous and successful.  It can help you make the right choices and to select actions which will bring you what you want most, your future.

Coaching at its Best has as its basic approach to coaching a transformational coaching model focusing on results.  This along with touches of organizational and performance coaching provide a comprehensive experience and a key to the future.  Essentially this approach leads to changing the basics of how you do businees so as to achieve the maximum benefit.  There are five stages that are involved in an almost linear fashion.

These five stages are:
   1.
Expansion of possibilities
   2.
Eliciting powerful new commitments
   3.
Transformation of client's view of themselves
   4.
Fostering of new ways of being, skills and practices
   5.
Enabling clients to move beyond their stuck places.

The idea is to get you beyond the 'thinking outside the box" metaphor to a more holistic viewpoint where the world becomes more panoramic and your opportunities endless.  In other words, we create together a whole new way of looking at your life and work, so as to reach farther than you have ever imagined.

If you want your business to grow and become what you want and more, coaching will be of great help.  It will enable you to see what is happening, and how to make the necessary changes while at the same time cultivating excellence in your life and work.  If this is what you would like, I would love to talk about coaching you.  Go to Contact Page
