Church related coaching can involve:
- Coaching pastors and other church leaders.
- Working with leaders of parachurch or mission organizations.
- Coaching small group leaders or others who head church teams, or departments. This can include showing how to lead through coaching.
- Coaching entire church boards or church staff members, including those who are in conflict and/or wanting to function more effectively.
- Walking alongside church leaders or congregations seeking help with vision clarification, strategic planning, and reaching goals.
- Coaching congregations undergoing pastoral transitions and other changes.
- Teaching church leaders, missionaries, or entire congregations how to care through coaching, lead through coaching, or apply coaching principles to their daily lives.
- Helping develop coaching as mission (CAM) strategies that parallel the Business as Mission movement.
